The primary business object of the Company will consist in Investments, project development, management, and supervision in the field of all types of buildings such as hotels, holiday homes, housing projects, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, etc. Including land development such as roads, pedestrian paths, supply, development of sports and entertainment fields and buildings including golf courses and marinas.
Commercial activity in the field of tourism, hotel, organization, and performance of services of the agency for tourist activities inside and outside the country. The company will exercise any ancillary activity in accordance with the Albanian legislation which serves its main activity.
Purchase, sale, exchange, or transfer in any other way permitted by the law of immovable property or related real rights, whether existing or future, newly created or acquired by others, leasing, lending, usufruct, or transfer in any other way allowed by the law of the right of possession of immovable property or real rights related to it.
Participation in industrial and commercial investments, the establishment of companies in the form of joint ventures or partnerships with third parties.
